Tuesday, January 13, 2009 from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (ET)
Servant Leadership is a paradoxical term which illuminates the true nature of genuine leadership at ever level of life (workplace, community, family, church and world) and also brings us to the very heart of Christian discipleship, the way of Jesus. Servant leadership, as a radical redefinition of power and nature of leadership, offers a compelling model for contemporary Christian living and a spiritual path that connects faith with daily life. In this course, we explore central themes of servant leadership - comunion, community, compassion, call and power - and thier interrelatedness, providing a context for spiritual practice and introduction to other Core classes.
Dates & Times: Class begins on Tuesday, January 13 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and runs for 10 consecutive weeks.
Class Facilitator: The Rev. Jennifer Gregg
Class Location: St. Helena's Episcopal Church, 245 New Lenox Road, Lenox, MA
